Yes. You have the option to select if you want your patches to be sewn on when customizing. By default all patches are bonded. All full grain leather patches are bonded and stitched depending on the shape you choose

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for customized products (after approval of proof) for your order to ship out, average lead times before shipping are 3-5 business days excluding holidays. All other products (depending on popularity) could take 7-14 days. (This excludes bulk orders)
Tracking numbers will be updated in 3-5 business days. If you don't have a tracking number after order completion notification please email us at support@theluuacompany.com

Yes we do. Get a free quote HERE We enjoy making custom orders and custom requests to modify some of our current selections to your personal preference. Keep in mind when a custom order is made we communicate through the process with you via phone or email to send pictures for approval of the completed work before starting production.
