I ordered two custom hats earlier this week, not really knowing what to expect.
I had a design approval email back from the seller within hours! I selected a specific patch but left a note that if there would be a better patch for my logo, I was open for suggestions. Hunter did modify the patch, and it looked awesome. I approved the design immediately.
The hats shipped the same day. I mean, incredibly quick work done!
I will admit that I am a big hat person... I collect them. I am pretty particular about the quality and fit of my hats. These get 110% approval from me. They are reasonably priced as far as hats go, but I would pay extra just for the speed and quality of service from this seller. The hats themselves are the real great quality Richardson hats that look great and have the classic fit and comfort that I love.
Overall could not recommend this seller and these hats enough. I will definitely be buying more.
