This is my second hat ordered. I constantly get asked where I get them from. I had my proof within 12 hours of my order and it was in the mail later that day. Highly recommended.
I love the logo, the hat’s fit, the color of the patch…I love it all! Customer service is excellent! I made a mistake in my logo, and seller responded quickly and updated the product to accommodate me.For reference, this patch color is the “rawhide” option. I wasn’t sure what color to choose, but this was exactly the one I was hoping for!Thank you so much! 🤩
Couldn’t be happier with the quality, communication, and quickness - highly recommend!
Exactly what we were looking for.
Very happy with the outcome . I wasn’t sure since I didn’t get a proof but I like them .
These guys do an amazing job ordered quit a few hats through them
A real Richardson 112 hat with a quality engraved patch. It’s got a great feel and the patch is quality. It was simple to send over my logo and customize. There was one hiccup in the shipping(some confusion with qty to be shipped). They responded quickly and it was an honest mistake that they corrected quickly. Great customer service! Great value! Will continue to order all my custom hats here.
Hunter did a great job at working with us to get what we wanted! I will definitely be ordering from him again! Quality hats, quality leather, great craftsmanship! Thank you Hunter!
Greatly exceeded my expectations as always, completely satisfied and price is beyond fair.
Perfect Hat 🧢Amazing color, perfect fit, great value for money, and so comfortable I might forget I'm wearing it!
Placed order for custom logo patch for our company and received the proof that day! Hat was shipped that day as well! Arrived shortly thereafter and the quality was outstanding. Will be buying many more hats from them in the future.
I'll Definitely will get more soon.
Didn’t really know what to expect. I picked this particular hat because of the solid reviews. I am very happy with the hat. I will be ordering more.
This company took what I said, and did exactly what I asked for! I’m actually really impressed especially for the price!!
I don’t ever write reviews but this was too good not too, Ordered this for my woodworking business and couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out, return customer for sure.
I was hesitant to order as I'm picky when it comes to hats. I usually need to try one out in person first. Plus with a custom logo there are no returns. The seller was really easy to work with and shipping was much quicker than estimated, which was a bonus. Boy was I pleasantly surprised upon opening the box. The hat is comfortable and the logo is professionally done. It was even packaged very well. Very impressed. The only unknown now is how long the leather patch will stay attached to the hat since it's glued and not stitched.
Absolutely no dislikes at all! Will definitely be a returning customer and fan
These were high quality hats. The design and work was amazing. I now know where to get my next custom hats. I love them. Will be a great advertisement for my company.
I was almost drought to tears when this came! I gave them some freedom to be creative and they did it! I LOVE it! Thank you all so much!
I don’t typically write product reviews, but this was such a great experience I felt compelled to. I placed a custom order on a Saturday and immediately sent over my logo design. I had an email response from the seller within an hour stating they received my email and would send me a proof shortly. About an hour later I had my custom proof and it looked outstanding! I wasn’t expecting to get this item in until after Christmas but it arrived 4 days BEFORE Christmas since they had everything in stock for my order. Not only was the communication and shipping speed outstanding, but the quality of the hat and leather design also exceeded my expectations as well. My husband absolutely loved this gift and I can not recommend this seller enough. If you’re on the fence about buying, don’t be! They are absolutely fantastic!!
Love it. Richardson 112 Trucker is the best brand. Comfortable wear. Just perfect! Will order more!
Awesome company and employees. I ordered my hat then messaged them because I wanted it customized for my dad for Christmas. They went above and beyond on getting me just what I wanted!!! Can’t thank them enough they also worked hard to get me the hat before Christmas. I’ve already ordered another custom hat from them since this one.
This hat became my official weekend hat.
Love it.
Nice gift idea and very good quality.
Got this for my dad and he really likes it.
I bought this for yard work and now I wear it everywhere. The leather patch came out amazing.
