How do I open a Team Store?

Simply email us at support@theluuacompany.com and we will set up a call to go over details with you.

How do I customize drinkware, hats or other engravables?

You can simply select the product you want to customize > Select your customization options > upload artwork or text and that's it! You will recieve a proof to approve after purchase to make sure we get it right the first time. If you need assistance with your artwork please reach out to us at  support@theluuacompany.com we respond fast.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes we do. Get a free quote HERE We enjoy making custom orders and custom requests to modify some of our current selections to your personal preference. Keep in mind when a custom order is made we communicate through the process with you via phone or email to send pictures for approval of the completed work before starting production. 

How long will it take to ship a custom product?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for customized products (after approval of proof) for your order to ship out, average lead times before shipping are 3-5 business days excluding holidays. All other products (depending on popularity) could take 7-14 days. (This excludes bulk orders)
Tracking numbers will be updated in 3-5 business days. If you don't have a tracking number after order completion notification please email us at support@theluuacompany.com
