I don’t typically write product reviews, but this was such a great experience I felt compelled to. I placed a custom order on a Saturday and immediately sent over my logo design. I had an email response from the seller within an hour stating they received my email and would send me a proof shortly. About an hour later I had my custom proof and it looked outstanding! I wasn’t expecting to get this item in until after Christmas but it arrived 4 days BEFORE Christmas since they had everything in stock for my order. Not only was the communication and shipping speed outstanding, but the quality of the hat and leather design also exceeded my expectations as well. My husband absolutely loved this gift and I can not recommend this seller enough. If you’re on the fence about buying, don’t be! They are absolutely fantastic!!
